Awesome cook book!

I love, let me rephrase, I LOVE Janet & Greta and the Loony Spoons Collection. They have recipes that taste delicious and aren't incredibly bad for you either. A perfect mix if you ask me. I bought their massive cookbook at Costco last Christmas, but have just broken it out now that school is wrapping up. 

Smackaroni & Cheese (2)

Tonight I made their Smackaroni and Cheese (2) and it was FANTASTIC! It felt good eating and it tasted amazing. It said it served 6 and I added an extra 1/2 cup of dry pasta...well there is maybe one third left and it was just my mom, sister and I eating dinner tonight. Everyone went back for seconds (or thirds!). I have made a bunch of the recipes and have never been disappointed. If you have tried some of their recipes, which are your favourite? And If you haven't already checked them out, you should. They are awesome!
